About Me
Dr. Iram Ahmad is an accredited clilnical psychologist. She is a registered mental health practitioner with l'Ordre des Psychologues du Québec. She has been working in the field of psychological health for over 18 years.
Currently, her work focuses on human relationships and resiliency with a particular emphasis on work-related stress, anxiety disorders, and work-life balance. She provides psychotherapy in English and French.

Dr. Ahmad had the opportunity to work in several leading hospitals which allowed her to learn and develop her psychological approach. She relied on psychometrics testing and offered cognitive behavioral therapy to her patients. She completed her residency at the Jewish General Hospital (Institute of community and family).

Dr. Ahmad has assisted clients suffering from work-related stress. In addition, she founded her own private practice. Dr. Ahmad regularly works and coordinates patient treatment with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and doctors. She has also worked as a trauma counselor for different EAPs.
